CLEANING
We do not charge a cleaning fee, but expect you to leave the apartment in its original state and clean it thoroughly before leaving (vacuuming throughout, cleaning the bathroom, toilet, and kitchen - including fridge & oven if necessary). If you prefer to pay for someone to clean for you we can offer you the option of adding an extra fee of 40 euros during your booking. Upon arrival we recommend that you take a few pictures of the apartment and its general state, as well as before your departure for eventual comparison.
No smoking whatsoever please, or a significant fine could be applied to your deposit.
NOISE
As of 20:00 and until 8:00 (or 10:00 on weekends) please do not make excessive noise (vacuum cleaning, washing machine use, loud music, loud phone calls, shouting, etc.). If we receive complaints about your decibel level we will take this into consideration before returning your deposit.
More specifically: the French laws quoted above can subject you to as much as 450 euros in fine for excessive noise at any time of the day or night. To avoid this and by respect for neighbors, when vacuum cleaning or using the washing machine, please do so between 10h ande 19h. Dishes should not be washed after 22h.
TRASH
Further explanations concerning garbage disposal will be provided to you upon arrival.
NOTE: A mishandling of any of the above-mentioned concerns or machine damages can lead to a proportional deposit withdrawal, both partial or total. Such insurance costs $35-50 for your entire stay, to cover damages of up to $1,000-5,000
