Average rates: 
(non seasonally adjusted, subject to discussion)

  • 90 euros per night  (beyond 2 people, +10 euros/person)                              
  • 500 euros per week  (beyond 2 people, +100 euros/person)                                                              
  • 1850 monthly (beyond 2 people, 300 extra per person)
DEPOSIT
* AMOUNT: for a few days we expect around 350 euros minimum, whereas for longer stays it will likely be half a month's or one full month's rent.  This amount is negotiable upon discussion, depending on circumstances.
* MODE of PAYMENT: reception of wire-transfers should occur prior to any stay (euros or dollars), and for international transfers that can take up to a week we recommend using website "Transfer Wise" for quasi free processing fees  (see: https://transferwise.com/).
* RECEIPT: a paper-format receipt ("facture") can be made available upon request.
* REIMBURSEMENT:  deposits are reimbursed within 48 hours ensuing departures.
